7. Data and Lead Information

7.1 Lead Accuracy

While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date lead information, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any leads. You acknowledge that lead information may change and should be verified independently.

7.2 Use of Leads

Leads provided through our service are for your business use only. You may not resell, redistribute, or share lead data with third parties.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LOCAL GTM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
